Explain how dianabol is natural to humans & that humans should be ingesting it.  ;D
it is a synthetic derivative of testosterone, an androgen produced in every human body.  while not identical to testosterone, it works through identical pathways and has very similar effects.

alcohol has no such relationship with anything in the body.

oh, and dbol has positive effects of body composition and sleep. ;)

I feel for you, when I was in college, I also had a hard time putting on weight.  Here is what I did to break the cycle.
#1.  Get on some creatine.  Take 5- 10 grams every day.  After the second day you should notice this thirst to drink gatorade by the gallon.  After two weeks you should have put on 15-20 lbs of water weight ( muscles saturated with water ). You will notice a huge difference in the gym, plus you might also notice your appetite has increased.

#2. Start eating calorie dense foods.  Like PBJ.  I used to eat 8 PBJ sandwiches every day.  Just as long as its Peanut Butter and something sweet to make it easy to eat ( jelly, Honey, bananas ).  If you are having trouble gaining its most likely because you aren't getting enough calories and fats in your diet.  Fats are essential for Test.

#3.  If you still have trouble putting on weight after that, you might have low test.  Try a bottle of Novadex XT for a month.

#4 Finally, Doing exercises like squats, deadlifts, bench, to failure ( til you puke ) is a great way to shock your body.

Tbombz is right.  Our bodies do have receptors for things like cocaine, marijuana, steroids, but no alcohol receptors.

Alcohol binds to many different receptors, mainly the GABA receptor.

Are you serious? 15-20 lbs in two weeks is insane.  You need to watch for overeating too, especially for fats if you're just starting to try and pack on more calories.  What affect does "shocking your body" have to do with gaining more mass?

Ever tried cent sports? you can bet free money they give you and cash out with a check. It really worked for me!

Motivation to Eat BIG

Just eat lots of sugar. It contains plenty of calories in itself, and it will boost your appetite by making you hypoglycemic. Happy eating. ;)

Ok, I have removed some posts from "tbombz" and "MC78" where they insult each other and even resort to religious putdowns. Take that shit to PM or to the religious board if you want to debate theology, epistemology and philosophy. I don't think even the V board would tolerate this garbage.

Everybody says stuff about eating a ton of sugar.  Yeah it has a lot of calories but what nutritional value does it serve? What about going to lypogenesis if it doesn't get burned up as a carb? And what about the onset of Type II Diabetes if you consistently eat a ton of sugar all of the time until you are on a constant insulin spike and your blood sugar is so fucked up your at Diabetes risk?

Sugar should be used in moderation, mainly for post workout insulin spikes to reduce cortisol in the blood and and more readily deliver protein and other nutrients PW.  Anybody else's thoughts on this or am I the only person who's been through human anatomy courses?

He asked for advice on how to increase appetite, and I gave it to him. Sure, sugar is terrible for one's health. But some guys have as their first priority getting big, and many have dificulty eating the amout of calories from clean carbs necessry to pack on size. Sugar is rich on calories, is digested and absorbed faster than complex carbs and has the added bonus of increasing appetitie by giving you an insulin crash, and that's great for those wanting to increase overral caloric intake.

Well, everyone is risking diabetes to some degree by eating refined sugars, but this was not my point. My point is that, for young healthy guys, the risk is remote and they are more concerned with packing on mass now than with the potential health consequences that eating sugar might have 30 or 40 years from now. If you ask a bunch of 20 year-old if they would eat something today that will pack on 20 lbs of mass on them, but that might cause them health problems 20 or 30 years from now, most would say they would.
