fucck all the "test precursors", either get on the real shit or stay clean and get underneath some heavy iron on squats, deadlifts, benches, bb rows, overhead presses, etc.
It was definitely weird for me getting back into the squat rack again, but since that first 'day of death', I've liked it.
My bench is light, but I do include that on chest day and I'm doing db rows every other back day. I haven't been doing bb rows, but will cycle those back in. My numbers were never big, but I love shoulder presses.
I've *never* deadlifted. I mean, I've done it before just to see what I could pull, but they were never a part of my regular back workouts. Is that why my back is so poorly developed?? Today's back day, so I should probably get with the program. I'll admit to being scared, though.
