Depends on how much you've done. It doesn't become very obvious instantly.

I think there's some oil in his arms, as well as other bodyparts.

I injected my biceps for the first time friday, and even that little inflamation you get from the injection is enough to make the arms look a lot bigger !

I will always do this from now on  :D

I don't think it's that simple, a friend of mine a crazy looking shoulders cause he only shoot his stuff there.

I would say it's synthol with all the lumps in there if I didn't know him

Since Synthol is always so obvious... has Victor Martinez used Synthol and if so in which bodyparts? :D The answer wasn't obvious to many here. What about Darrem Charles? Marcus Ruhl? Jay Cutler? This last one might be a bit hard to answer, can't really get away with either answer. :D

Chick also knows that drug addiction and steroid use are two total different things, and that steroids aren't addictive. Plus, no IFBB pro has ever failed a drug test, so they are all natural.

io856's reasons not to use synthol:
  • No matter how much you massage lumps will form and noticable ones at that. Lumps will pass after a couple of weeks.
  • Your muscles will be so tight that you won't be able to train the muscle directly or indirectly. A synthol program for calves may leave you unable to walk or reach proper ROM in leg movements e.g. squat and leg press.
  • Excessive scar tissue build up
  • Repeated injections in the same area is going to leave bruises. Yes it might sound ok reading about it in text. However good luck explaining your junkie looking bodypart.
  • Very time consuming process perhaps unnecessary
  • Unnatural looking bodypart for the course of the synthol "cycle"

Don't buy into the overpriced overhyped garbage that is 'synthol'
