Without moderate Synthol use you
can actually place lower.

Back in the old days Gay prostitutes like
Bruce Patterson was placed lower due to gay porn.

Now gay pornstars like Kai seem to be rewarded even more.

Common Synthol use is a step in the right direction.

it doesn't look like synthol to me, site injection, though, not so sure.

synthol - injecting of large amounts of oil into a muscle to increase it's volume

site injection - injecting a substance (certain steroids, caverjet) that causes temporary muscle inflammation to increase its volume

how can you determine if its either?  muscle looks flexed (has a peak) even when relaxed
