One of the ways is wide-grip preacher and standing curls. That and diet to bring out more detail.

what´s the major difference between using the close or wider grip ? With the wider grip i have real trouble to keep my arms at the end of the set on the scott bench, but i use this grip for my standing barbell or SZ-Curls....many scott-benches are relativ small for "wider people 8)... ??

i have taped (digicam) today some sequences from my biceps training, including SZ-Scott-Curls with close grip as the 2nd exercise...

Keep the elbows in closer than the hands, then there'll be no problem on the preacher bench.

great post pumpster as usual..
also i find the straight bar hits the inner head more..
while the cambered bar hits the outer head...
.. personally i think the straight bar is superior for size
choice is an illusion

The straight bar's better but can be tough on the wrists. Only time the e-z curl makes any sense for bis IMO is preachers or reverse curls. The usual e-z curl preacher grip hits the biceps pretty well esp. outer head because of the close-grip and the angle of the wrists.

Incline db curls hit the inside damn good as well.
