To a point. Your genetics determine your ultimate results. I will never weigh over 200 lbs at under 10% bf.....no matter what. Unless I go on the juice. I don't have bad genetics.....I have decent genetics and good genetics for getting ripped. I have been training consistently for over 10 years. It is what it is. Right now I'm about 200 lbs at 10 -12% and I think I have achieved a great physique.....but I ain't ever going to be 225 in the same shape, natural. My bone structure wont allow it (Ecto-Meso).
However, my best friend is a pure meso....and he is 225 in the same condition. I work harder than him; he has better genetics.
