Yeah i've been reading up on this tabata shit and i really like it because I am trying to improve my 5k time and i notice that the biggest thing that happens when i improve my time is gaining lung capacity and the ability to take in more oxygen and it seems like tabata really helps that. Now if it also sheds fat and only take 14 minutes including cool down it is worth a try.
