legs respond pretty well to pussy workouts... by pussy workouts i mean light weight and super high reps..just going for a pump and burn. you might try doing them once a week regularly, but just do it pussy style... fucking around on machines with light weight... doing super sets and drop sets going for a burn. you might be suprised you will actually get some okay growth this way - but awesome cuts.
i used to trian legs like this 2 years ago... i was eating like 250-300g protein, all egg whites lean beef and chicken, zero fat, and tons of vegetables. thats it. so i had no energy (no carbs in me), and i just had no motivation at all to train leg... after a few month of this my legs were maybe aq smidgen bigger, but shredded to pieces (only part on my body that were shredded to pieces, actually. didnt even have a full six pack.
on a side note it was right after my dissapoitning experience with super super strict food intake, tons of cardio and trianing (for months on end) and not ever reahicn gany good condition, that i finally realized theres just no point in staying natural. lol!!!
I have just tried for 3 weeks, 3 sets leg extensions to pre-exhaust and then 1 set of Leg Press, 1 set of hacks, both lighter and slow movements (1 set is all i need). Sets still to muscular failure. Legs look better than ever.
Training with heavy weights on big movements makes me hold waste product/fluid and not look as ripped. The easier i train and more junk i add over clean food the better i look. Go figure.
