You know what I got for Christmas? Oh, it was a banner fucking year at the old Bender family. I got a carton of cigarettes. The old man grabbed me and said, "Hey, smoke up Johnny!!"

i dont feel like smoking cigarettes guys

the only thing thats holding me back is extreme muscle soreness and legs feeling like lead after alot of alcohol

and i also cant have too much saturated fats or dairy in my body when i drink, seems to slow my nutrient absorption  :'(

but ill keep doing guess work to figure out an optimal plan

oh yeah its best to have all dairy and milk products in the morning before work and workout, dairy is essential but fucks me up later in the day. my goal is to have a "light" feeling stomach in the late day but tons of energy...the only way to ensure energy later in the day is to eat alot early in the day

Good way to smoke hash is the "hash under glass" method.

Grab a pin, heat up some hash and sink it on the pin, cover it with a bottle that's had the bottom chopped off and spark the hash. Let it burn for a bit and blow it out. It smolders just like a stick of incense. Great way to smoke homemade bubble hash and finger hash from trimmings!! :)

I just smoked my last bit of finger hash though. Had a huge ball of it. More than 1 toke and I would start getting twitchy and paranoid. It's good to live in British Columbia, Canada :)
