why? i argue with everyone on here all the time, no one backs shit up with anything, i continually provide references that go un-read, i have posted articles on this exact topic twice now. fast concentrics, or explosive speed, that is perceived recruits more motor-neuron units, Hence more musclular adaptation and utilization. Slow concentrics provide more microtrauma which makes it harder to recover, but more adaptation.
