Too much good food and drink to be cut. I'll admit that. Dave Palumbo's proteinshake and one teaspoon of peanutbutter is not for me. I competed in -100kg in judo and never had to cut much weight. I am happy as long as I can see the outline of my abs...then I feel cut. Can't match most guys here in that department.

I remember trying to pull off something similar. Sat/Mon/Wednesday was Kung FU < ::) and Sun/Tue/Thursday was lifting weights. I ended up getting leaner and more flexible although with quite some muscle loss. And right at the end, my body couldn't take it anymore. My lifts became weak and I was feeling tired all the time.
