The dude looks alright. If he's going for big muscles and a bodybuilder look then he's got some work to do. But for a martial artist or a guy who just wants to be athletic he's fine. He's working out and on the path.
Weights 2x a week though? Seems kinda light.
Day #1 Shoulders, chest, legs
Day #2 back (mainly power cleans, snatches and back extensions), neck and grip strength
On cardio days mix in push-ups, chin-ups, squat jumps. Plyometrics on one of the cardio days.
May need to work harder on the "beach muscles" to impress the gallery here (if that serves any purpose)
