stairmaster

what is a good setting for the stairmaster for cardio? what level etc is good?

I do the level 20 for at least 45 minutes 6 days a week, that is my night routine. But starting out on it a little over a year ago, I did level 10 or 11 for 60 minutes

oh I know what ya mean, that is why I wear a bandana to help absorb the sweat...

do u hold onto the sides? every now and then i would kinda lose balance when i got tired

yea at times, especially towards the last five minutes

Stairmaster is fantastic, keeps ur lower body toned and great for burning calories.

varies, but not less then 20 mins but when im in fatburning mode in summer its 40 mins

Gene, stairmaster really helped get me ready for the marathon i did..Longest I went on the stairmaster was 2 hours..That was the sunday before the marathon

occasionally i will go run stairs outdoors. If there is a stairs that are quite long, sprinting up them is a great workout.

We don't have a stair master at my gym.
No doubt about it...

i get insainly bored staying on the same level of anything .... what i tend to do is knock it up one level every 10 mins....
