Benny is too busy cashing in on all the money he made from his prediction of the crash in Gold that all the analysts and geniuses he is around called for.

I really hope the economy improves to the point where Repubs won't run this joke as a candidate. Even if Obama can't be beaten we (the American public) deserve a strong candidate so force a more balanced approach to policy. Otherwise every jerkoff believes they have a "mandate".

Accepting the nomination will likely be considered a political career ending decision. Obama's popularity will rebound if the economy comes back some.

Sacrifices must be made because we really need someone to force moderation into the discussion. Not talking about someone who's gonna stand there talking about abortion, tax cuts, guns and gay marriage. Someone to seriously talking about spending cuts, alternative energy, smaller govt and changing some of the regulations about banking and energy.

I left out the border and immigration reform, LOL! Democrats couldn't lose that battle if they tried. :)

Who said it has to be either/or? The social policies get slipped into the mix, behind the fiscal policies.

Kaje - obama is not clinton.  He is a true believer and wont moderate.  He will burn the house down before conceeding failure.

Who said it has to be either/or? The social policies get slipped into the mix, behind the fiscal policies.

People in the middle (of this clusterfvck) don't care about social policies one bit. Gays marrying or teens selling abortions to stem cell researchers don't mean crap if someone's house, job is gone and putting their kids in college is unaffordable.

Perfect example: he "marriage penalty" expiring Jan 1st. One of them could simply send up a bill that only addressed it for votes. They won't because someone would throw a billion dollars worth of pork on it or include an addendum about abortion/gays or whatever to prevent married couples from having tax relief without their political ideology being advanced. Instead of relief, married people will get rhetoric. :) Sadly, many of them will love it because more taxes will be considered a small price to pay if whatever agenda they're sold on is advanced.

They're all freaking whores and Vegas ain't the only place prostitution is perfectly legal.
