The stupid reject his claims as bullshit
The average say he's a smart guy but disagree.
The smart believe what he's saying is quite intelligent.
The intelligent realize that his words have influence. He's just trying to get people interested in the sciences. He's makes claims on the fringe to get the weak minded interested in the big picture.

Yes but he is dishonest when he says "we have never been visited by extraterrestrials".
