I have plenty of well edited personal training videoes, but I wont post them here due to the maturity level that reminds me of 5th grade. I wont deny I have my own weaknesess when it comes to proper training technique at certain exercises, but I sure as hell do full rom at each and one of them! My philosophy is that as long as you can feel your muscles contract/working, how you preform the spesific exercise really doesnt matter that much. That being said, I value proper perfomance very much.
