Why not just do 12 clean reps rather than that 1/4 rep shit.

Ross,

No qualms with you my friend, but a couple of questions:

(1) Why must you stand under stage lights to do low-weight curls, only to try and look more vascular and shredded?

(2)  Those bench presses were not of good, strict form and quality.  You didn't bother to lower the bar far enough to get a good squeeze on your pecs.  You actually maintained the bar as high as 4-5 inches above the chest.  I'm not sure that qualifies as a true "bench" press.  I counted 28 reps, but when taking into account the fact that you did partial reps on each one, I'd probably guess you can do 10-12 clean reps with 225.  Why bother to do that and record it when not done properly?

Either way, much respect is given for posting up some training videos...

Flat BENCH is a mass movement, and the proper range of motion for CHEST is precisely how I performed it in the video. You want FULL range of motion, check my DB presses!)

just regarding this
and in COMPLETE SERIOUSNESS

I think you are right, Ross does have some mental health issues. He is slow in the head in some way, the way he talks is a clear sign, and his videos and actions are another sign. I understand why his dad assists him in life, he would not make it in this world without some sort of help. And Ross, Im not joking or flaiming, as someone with mental health issues, I can pick them out quite easily. Yours are obvious. Take care, and I hope you seek help and dont pay the prices I did for not dealing with my mental health issues at an earlier age.

Next I'm going to post my deadlift video, 315 lbs for 50 reps. 10 inch range of motion though, but that is the accepted standard, what you gonna do.

Ross no one is jealous or has reason to be jealous
you are just denying that you have issues, and what they stem from is unknown to me

you think Im joking, wait til you are in your 30's and your whole world explodes mentally and you end up with depression and panic attacks and confused about everything. Im not even being a dick here, Im dead serious. You have some massive issues that money and a good build wont masquerade
