im not sure what you mean

7000 calories a week burned= 2 pounds of fat
so therefore an individual has to burn 1000 calories a day for 7 days to burn off 2 pounds a week

2lbs of body fat is a realistic and attainable target for someone who knows how to diet properly with or without run of the mill thermogenics.
