How is it possible to lose 2lbs a week?

That means you would have to literally burn 1000 calories a day

For example I probably burn 2100 calories without the gym just doing daily activities. So that means I have to eat 1100 calories everyday just to burn 2 pounds a week. 1100-2100= -1000 calories

2 pounds sounds small but its really a lot to lose.

Sure, if you follow "the Dolce Diet" you can lose 6-7lbs a week, you'd be cramped, shriveled up piece of shit but it can be done.

Swim laps in a 25 yard pool. Butterfly and Freestyle. Go for 15 to 20 minutes, non-stop.

Workout with weights on alternate days.

You can lose 2lbs easily, it's all water and muscle.

Just faste for a few days, and you will lose much more.

Lose 2lbs of fat only? Maybe with a stack of DNP with ECA on 12i.u. HGH plus some testosterona, equibologna and trenbolona.

Your making me feel huge. I eat like 5000 cals a day(getting fat) For me going below 3000 is like some death diet. I'm sure I could do it no problem at 2500 a day(burn3500 +). I do alot  of cardio, walk 2 hours a day, play soccer, and don't sleep much as you can guess from my eratic posting style .  ;)

It's actually possible to lose 4 pounds of fat per week. My PR is 9 fat pounds dropped in 2 weeks, and my bodyfat went from 12% to 7.5% over the course of those 2 weeks, but what I did to do that was rather extreme. Currently I'm dropping around 2 pounds of fat per week, and I'm using a bit more of a sane approach ;D P.S. I'm not losing any muscle in the process, and in fact I'm adding a bit of muscle to myself as witnessed by my steady strength increases. Case in point, wide grip chins bodyweight for 6 reps 2 weeks ago, and now bodyweight plus 25 pounds added for 8 reps.
