Do you need lift more than 70% max intensity..

I still go to the on a regular basis but the desire to lift beyond stimulating the target muscle(s) is just not there.  The return on time invested is just not worth it. I think that I can lift with the intensity of 70-80% and not see an impreciable difference.  Also lifting more than 30-40 minutes seems like a waste of time.

currently I am more excited about running and doing cardio than actually lifting weights.

 I realized the same thing.

 If you work out really hard, or work out moderately, the difference you see is pretty small.

 Your genetics just take you where they will. Genetics are the key.

I'm interested in doing some very short workouts, like 15 minutes, max MAX output, No counting reps, just maximize time under tension

I am not following, care to let us in on your thoughts?

are you expect falcon like results from this special program?

Perhaps when the weather gets warmer I may get a little bit more motivation but as of now my expectations as just to maintain and possible get leaner through eating better.
