I still go to the on a regular basis but the desire to lift beyond stimulating the target muscle(s) is just not there. The return on time invested is just not worth it. I think that I can lift with the intensity of 70-80% and not see an impreciable difference. Also lifting more than 30-40 minutes seems like a waste of time.currently I am more excited about running and doing cardio than actually lifting weights.
I'm interested in doing some very short workouts, like 15 minutes, max MAX output, No counting reps, just maximize time under tension
I'd like to hear gh15's respponse to this. If he answers i know who he is.
