Yes, taking steroids during PCT will slow down recovery. But fuck the broscience and Google warriors for a second - recalibrate your train of though and ask this question instead: what can I do to get off the big amount of junk without shrinking or feeling like shit?

If you can use a low dose of oral steroids, taper off and keep your gains without feeling like shit then I'd say that's the correct answer. Its not a dick measuring contest to see who's bloodwork looks better or who's balls get swollen more quickly. If someone uses dbol or proviron during their "PCT" and ends up looking and feeling better than Mr. Textbook who calculates ester half lives vs when they should take their shitty fertility drugs I'd say fantastic Mr. Dbol goes home with the trophy if he's in better shape a month or two later.

You fucking idiots need to realize that if a miniscule amount of steroids helps you to actually cash in on your steroid cycle and doesn't yeild any harm IN THE REAL WORLD then clearly that's the route to go. The only exception is if you're trying for children or have an obsessive compulsive desire to bring your bloodwork to where it needs to be by sacrificing your gains.

Just use HCG and clomid in bouts during periodic downtime. Take a few legit weeks off when you're training less intense, relax on the dieting and enjoy life for once to restore your vigor and morale, stop pinning and do some on-cycle testicle maintenence and give it a faggy acronym, then resume your cycle. Staying on the sauce is far better than cycling unless you're doing small, heavy blast cycles and tapering off while still on GH and something else line insulin and T3. Be creative with your drug use and don't be afraid of the social stigma of using a cornecopia of drugs. I use tons of drugs but in very low doses. Too much of one thing can be a lot worse.

Read some fucking books, get bloodwork but don't obsess over it, stop being hypercritical fag babies because most of your logic is flawed and completely off base to begin with and just do what WORKS (always with respect and regards to your health of course).... its been a while since I've had to meltdown like this. Study your Sunday School homework, gh15 laid it all out in his Bible. You guys should all know this. Its common fucking sense for Christ sakes. Do you regard IFBB Pros as geniuses or something? They just respond to and tolerate drugs well, take risks and do things with a consistency and dedication that would drive most people insane. Take your drugs or shut the fuck up and just be a 100% natural and a pussy. Don't be a stupid stereotypical or elitist drug user (especially when you're actually just as stupid as the drug users and naturals that you loathe).

Plus fucking one! I took ten mg of dbol last two days in the morning. Feel ten times better already I did clomid first 2 weeks of pct. Now Im gonna switch to ten mg of dbol in the morning and I'm using this stuff called hcgenerate during the day. I know I'm gonna be using on and off the for a long time.

I've never tried it and I'm not compelled too. But if someone twiddled their asshole for 10 minutes a day following all their steroid cycles, kept their gains and recovered well I wouldn't try convincing them otherwise. What's the point? To be "right" like FatPanda? Means nothing to me anymore, I just do whatever works the best for me in real life.

And we're not bodybuilding for health, remember? A successful cycle is one where you walk away with results. If you recover well but start back at square one, it doesn't really matter whether you recovered well at all. You just fucked yourself over!

The exceptions are whether you're being blood tested or trying to conceive. If you're not, then who gives a flying fuck if someone takes dbol after a cycle? As long as they walk away with results then that's the most important thing, otherwise they would be doing it all natural and not toying with steroids. Forget the acronyms and rigid Internet guidelines regarding steroids. Do what works in real life - that is what I'm trying to preach!

Dustin we all know that bodybuilding isn't a health venture, but you can minimise the damage you will do to yourself. I think that if your bloodwork is good you can keep going on (with 10 mg or bigger dosages), but if there's signs that something is wrong then you need to take a break. A year ago i had some issues with cholesterol and lipids, took a break went back on and everything is fine now. Of course if someone is trying to turn pro etc. then his usage is very different, but otherwise stay smart and your in this for the long run, if you get sick ONCE that might be it.

2. 10 mg dianabol "works" since you are still ON. It's bridging and not pct...

3. If you always bridge from cycle to cycle with bodybuilding drugs you might look a little better, but you will never have a chance to fully recover. If you are on legit hrt/trt then it's a different story.

I agree that it's not truly coming off as well. I think it's all right to taper off with an anabolic that's not test, but would opt for something DHT derived if doing it personally. But without splitting hairs, if someone has a more successful cycle then whatever they did should be repeated. Everyone should know that I'm always an advocate of health first. You can do lots of steroids and see little results. But you can also do smaller amounts of steroids and see very good results - that's what I like doing as well.

The take home message is to not sweat the small stuff, disregard most of what you read on forums and replace it with your own homework, then apply it to real life because even the studies are flawed. If you and I started copying abstracts from PubMed to marginally support the notion that dbol following a cycle was a good idea, I'm sure that within a year you would hear someone in real life at your gym talking about it. ;D

Sometimes you crash, sometimes you cruise seemlessly back to homeostasis. Its a game of roullete... that's why I'm just staying on very low doses. When a good, safe SARM comes out then I will consider coming off. Or if I get enough cash to blast some GH on cycle and continue running it off cycle. :)
