Wrong. Phil has pretty thick chest now which is limited by his width. Give Phil some width and chest looks good. Evan has a genetically flat chest like craig titus...just doesnt have that pull pump to it.
some angles phil pulls it off but dude is seriously narrow. head is almost as wide as his clavicles.
heath's very developed delts and arms really make his relatively weak pecs look smaller than they are, much like priest
compare that to another guy like levrone with equally huge delts and arms, and his chest even torn, looked better
