at the beginning of school year, prek or day care, parents need to sign a form wether they okay an official to administer what I call the "nuke pill" in case of something happens at the plant
holy sheeit, i'd rather live in a pill popping, ignorant population surrounded with trailers and projects, than near a nuke plant.
