Look dickhead - it is not possible ok - how stupid are you ? really ffs it goes beyond whats possible for a human being - have you ever been at 6% bf weighing over 200 pound with 19 inch arms thats huge btw - let me say this slow for you. 19 inch plus arms at 6 % bf.. thats up there with pro bb's with the best genes and loaded on gear and he says natural ? plus chucking around bells for reps- fuck there are some densely stupid people on here.

Like I said to you before - logic escapes you - it has nothing to do with putting roadblocks on oneself , he is doing something that defies physiology and basic human biomechanics , have you also heard he only eats one meal a day to  ::) - this guy is a liar full stop, and you are either to stupid to see it or really dont know wtf you are talking about. /

I also have a good friend who is 5'7" 190,  19" guns...maybe 7 or 8 % bf...lifetime nattie.  His twin is 5'8", 205, benches 405....thing is u have to accept, some ppl have MUCH better genes than others....how do u not get this??

The real problem I have with u, gh15 etc, is that u believe there's a limit, say 5'10" 185, 6 %bf....and after that, u reckon its not possible to get any bigger or strionger at all NO MATTER how hard or consistent ur training is, one can NEVER put on a single pound or get any stronger yeh? Ridiculous

I agree - we are not all the same and there are some true freaks out there when it comes to strengh and muscle mass but a guy sitting at that low in bf with that much muscle is huge - alot dont get that , they see the number on the scale and think thats not much but at the bf it is.

I've been doing this for over 15 years and have seen some true genetic freaks - Pacific island and maori guys who are built to lift and they are brutally strong - these guys push the numbers adrain is pushing for reps - they are monsters but are not lean - they are all in the high teens to low 20's in bf - huge muscular and strong guys that are made for this type of stuff yet again they are not in the ripped zone - I also know alot of strong guys that juice and there numbers dont match mes's and they swim in hormones - guys who I have known before they jumped onto gear that were naturaly strong as naturals but again "bulked" up and pushing some good numbers around so they to were built for this but now they are leaner (under 10%) and juiced to the gills yet there numbers are pretty much the same as when they were natural - they weigh more in some cases but are leaner so more muscle - so these guys that are geneticly gifted toward lifting and proven it as naturals and now on lots of gear but you have mes who's a natural bettering or matching them at the same bf% - a natural guy at that bf% bearly has the energy to do his cardio when dieting for a show , when you drop under 12- 14 % as a natural your strengh plumments big time - a true natural will confirm this - yet we have mes at half that bf% so on par with heavy juicers and guys on gh and he is pushing tin around like these guys as well - genetics will only do so much if the supports not there - sure mes has great genetics for strengh and so do the guys i know that juice/gh in large numbers and they pretty much push around the same weights - come on this is getting silly

You keep talking about low percentage bodyfat....and implying that low bf makes u weaker - well a lot of black ppl can walk round , no diet whatsoever, no cardio, and be in single digits....dnt forget this
