No no!i asked many times on MD how can some guys like ronnie jay etc being on insulin,gh etc... for more then 20 years or so,and have not some serious health problems!of course they are not gonna tell to the world JAY CUTLER "hey am having kidney transplant" but they are doing fine for being on drugs 20+years,and not basic gear but gear that make you mass monster!so can you tell me now when you work with GEORGE FARAH - what different things is he doing for his athlets to bring them in good condition??now when you work with him you know are the stuff they are saying about him using DNP for his athlets true or not!2 things i ask you (and GH15 can reply also) BRANCH WARREN before working with him dieted on 50grams of carbs and 500grams of protein and doing 1-2 hours cardio a day,not that he didn`t came in condition every time but when started working with FARAH he did the oposite,icrease the carbs to 500grams and did only 20minutes of cardio a day and came in never seen condition 2009 OLYMPIA!and KAI GREENE worked with OSCAR ARDON so called 1000grams of protein a day,little or no carbs,3 hours cardio a day=poor condition,flat etc...started with FARAH-ate carbs with every meal,and protein were 8 ounces per meal,lets say he ate 8 meals a day that`s 400grams of protein and only 20 minutes of cardio!can you explain me this if you know?

george just leanred from the banana ,,orville,, orville did everything george is doing nwo to fellas,, orville preped this way before george did anything ,,george was smart enough to learn .... remember orville? he woudl haev been mr o if he did fuck himself up,, he neevr did the stupid zero card shit ,,we prep on carbs ,,carbs are important friends !!

I could never guess that,
orville really really looked like walking death, his muscles were big, but just didn't look that good, skin looked really bad and every time he spoke i thought he's going to fall a sleep, actually i would say that this is how walking keto look like  ,
but i guess im wrong :)

So what the deal with both allow high carbs, but at the price of using DNP?
can you talk more about their pre-contest protocols?
