Both.  I blame the welfare mentality in this country for our problems equally since many idiots vote for idiots only promising more handouts, more chaos, more welfare, etc

Lazy?  They work on average more hours than the US - 2,052 to 1,797 per year.  I would argue corruption, tax evasion and poor lending practices as the reason for the debt crisis.  Certainly not this fallacy of laziness.  Where do you make this stuff up from?
