well he does not believe in GOD.. so hardly a committed right winger..
just a side note.. they said tonight it took police 90 minutes to get to the island.. why? well they are not allowed to be issued ammunition until a judge ok's it.. is this serious? no ammo on hand for law enforcement? pathetic.. they also (the prisoners) are allowed 3 weeks "vacation" outside the prison every year so they can be "adjusted" to life outside the pen... if all this is true all i can say is wow.. why not be a criminal..
?
It took 90 minutes from the f***** started shooting until he was arrested but "only" 60 minutes from the police were informed. It's a nearly 50 km drive from Oslo to the island and then you need to take the boat to the island. We don't have helicopters that can take task forces ready here in Norway because we never need to and don't want to need it, that's not the society we want to live in. We seldom have incidents that require a swat team on a few minutes notice. The police are also unarmed in their daily work as our society is not that violent and trigger happy as other countries. Our government aims for a peaceful country and if the police start carrying guns criminals woud start using more guns too, we don't want that snowball effect here in Norway. You have to understand there is a big difference from Norway and other countries when it comes to these things.
