"Sunset" usually means 4pm and that's when the big face stuffing begins. Shouldn't be any problem to get in enough protein.

I was just talking to my cousin in Switzerland and sunset is at 9:10 pm
Here in Florida where I am, sunset is at 8:15 pm
Remember, Ramadan runs on the muslim calendar (Lunar calendar), so it will change each year by a little, right now it just happens to be in the summer so the days are longer. It will be easier in the winter for people because sunset can be at 530 and easier to tolerate!
