BigBobs - just doesn't come off to me as a muslim name LOL
Happy Ramadan to you too!
You still training during this month?
Back when I used to fast, it was so freaking hard, but I used to lift late at night, when it was sunset I'd down a ton of whey protein, and later get up twice in the middle of the night to eat steak!
No prob bro I try to stay away from the religious discussions on this board so that's probably why. And yes still training, just got back from the gym at 1:30 am

Interesting bit on fasting and athletics, have you heard of the retired NBA player Hakeem Olajuwan? He used to fast and this is an excerpt from his wikipedia page
"His religion dominates his life" Drexler said in 1995.[59] Olajuwon was still recognized as one of the league's elite centers despite his strict observance of Ramadan (e.g., abstaining from food and drink during daylight hours for about a month), which occurred during virtually every season of his career. Olajuwon was noted as sometimes playing better during the month, and in 1995 he was named NBA Player of the Month in February, even though Ramadan began on February 1 of that year.[5][60]
