Dont waste your money on cheap shit. Cheap multis usually use inferior vitamin forms, such as B-12 (cyanocobalamin ) instead of methylcobalamin vs, magnesium oxide instead of magnesium chelate and etc. The other thing is most multis dont really have what most males need in sufficient quantities nowadays which is tons of vitamin D ( 5,000 iu minimum), magnesium and zinc.
