What multivitamin do you guys use?

I believe the most essential thing to have...every other "supplement" is garbage.

Ive ran out..used adams the past 4 months and wondering what brand you use.

If gh15 can recommend one too.

Haha GH15 and multivitamens  ;D Alls you need is pineapple juice.Two of those small cans a day. They're packed with vitamens.

Stopped using multivits years ago - personally I can't notice the difference when I take them or not.

I use one from a local health store called Ultra VM-T.  I definitely "feel" a difference when I take it for a length of time, and when I do not.  Maybe it is a placebo effect, but it is noticeable.

I believe Leroy Colbert sells the same product.  My local health food store has had it for years (20+).

Aim for 10 000 mg of Vit C,A and vitamin b5 injections daily.

I use to use the NOW brand as well, personally I wouldn't use a multi unless your deficient in something. If your eating a decent amount of whole food you should be getting everything you need.

It's hard to know. I'm pretty sure its helped me in the past but then again - maybe just the placebo effect or conincidence. Certainly never had any bad side effects that I am aware of. read alot of the literature out there on it and again it seems to be one of those unknowns - lots of 'science' and advocates on both sides. I just dunno...
