I'm not knocking it man, I'm just trying to get this dude to give it a fair run. He seems to be looking for something that will give him some results, so I thought that I'd throw this out there.
In my own personal experience "diet" means literally almost nothing with regards to results. I always get my best results when I trained VERY, VERY HARD, I'm talking almost passing out during a "proper" workout lol But the probelm is, who the fuck wants to work that hard on a regular and consistent basis?
