Listen, dumbass, there are guys out there who bench 750+ lbs. There's a guy who benched 741 lbs, at a height of 5'4 and weighing 210 lbs.

SUCKMYMUSCLE

Who exactly presses 750+ pounds, dumbass? Mendelson holds the raw record with 715 pounds ... and "technically" it wasn't a good lift as there really wasn't a pause. The guy giving the press command, Ed Coan (one of the very greatest powerlifters to have ever lifted), told me he was scared shitless for Scot and just said "press!" as soon as the bar hit his chest. Oh, and Mendelson weighed well over 360 pounds to do the lift.

No one weighing 210 pounds is gonna press even 500, raw. Not with no amount of juice.

You sink your own credibility when you spout such nonsense. Those of us in the know can smell your horseshit 10 miles away.

And to the guy who authored this thread: Fuck off. When you post all your numbers, they conveniently all are even plates loaded (example: 495, 585, 675). No one who genuinely trains for strength has as his PRs numbers that always land on numbers of 45s loaded.

What a cowshit thread.

I'll say it again. For a bodybuilding site, there are an embarrassingly few here who understand strength and the strength athletes who strive to become elite in their chosen discipline.
