Bottom line is for what they cost they don't do jack. I fail to see how supplementing bcaa is any more beneficial than ingesting it in whole food. Supplement company funded studies done on rats are not going to make me a believer.

True, I've seen too many promising rat and mice studies that did not translate at all to humans.

On the other hand, training first thing in the morning on an empty stomach you need BCAA's so they can be quickly delivered to working muscles. A protein shake takes longer to digest and absorb.
In summary, it depends on how you're training and this protocol would be strictly for a natural during an IF dieting regime.

Allstarhealth.com is cheaper.  Hate the new formula.  I don't need all that sodium.

Supplementwarehouse.com

that's when I use it- before fasted training first thing in am. and right after. I'll sip I. it thru the day too. I like xtend cause it just tastes good and it works. I don't need studies to tell me it does. I've dieted down enough times using the exact same compounds to know when something is working. things I notice most are DOMS lessen, recovery time speeds up, and I keep more lean tissue.

that being said- you can boatload compounds and get better results, and not really require the benefit of a bcaa. I use a more moderate approach as I don't want the size that comes with big stacks, or possible health problems down the road. I'd rather use less on a mg per basis (right now I'm 200mg tren ace eod/ 100mg prop eod/ no GH atm- and that's nothing for a guy my size), use a bcaa to help me hold size, and have the 'feeling' of being healthy. it's just what works for me.

Not really...mice and humans are almost identical in many ways when it comes to receptor sights, response to medications, etc. We wouldn't use mice if they didn't

That's good,
if people started coupling smart nutritional practices and metabolic tricks with low doses of AAS they'd see wonders, but for that you need proper info.
We're swimming in disinformation and lies for the purpose of making money. You need years to sieve through it to get to something useful or have an honest and knowledgeable coach explain it to you.
Too much tren in my opinion, since tren is fully active at 20-40mg eod range.
And if you're dieting try very low carb, very low fat for 4 days and totally glycogen deplete.
Then carb load for 2 days with 600 to 800g of carbs/day (coming from starches), go pump some weight (12-15 reps) and you won't believe your eyes.
Who needs exogenous insulin?

I agree but almost is the key word.

Creatine is shit if you use it on a daily basis too, but if you incorporate it only during carbloads it shows its strength.

Does Branch get a royalty cheque for his name being used in this product?
