Man that's expensive.

actually that price is good. put 8-10 scoops in 4 liters of water in the fridge and sip on it all day. as cheap as crystal light, but you grow big muscles.

but the 79.99 is a bullshit rip off.

i go with straight up l-leucine. i've read that biologically, it's really just l-leucine that plays a role in muscle anabolism/catabolism during lifting, and isoleucine competes with the same absorption pathways as l-leucine so i figure it's better to just go leucine + glutamine for a protein shake.

gives me a pump too, so whatever.

Allstarhealth.com is cheaper.  Hate the new formula.  I don't need all that sodium.

Good point, buying a supplement, means to supplement existing levels of whatever it is your supplementing.

That sounds confusing, but you know what I`m getting at,and if you don`t,I don`t care anyway.  ;D

I was actually just going to go to the GNC in the morning to buy some BCAA's, but didn't cause I want to get some more tren instead :D I swear a little tiny tub is like 50 bucks. ...price is INSANE. but I really do think it's a great supplement honestly and if you get grape flavor it tastes pretty good if you poor a scoop in your mouth. .  make no mistake the health benefits of BCAA's are there and well documented. From insulin sensitivity, healing and rejuvination abilities, as well as been linked to life extension.  Thanks man I'll try these out ..

Many athletes take branched chained amino acids (BCAAs) during their weight training workouts to enable them to increase their quality of their workouts and improve recovery ability, but research shows that BCAAs may also play a role in life extension. According to a study published in the October 6, 2010 issue of Cell Metabolism, BCAA supplementation increased the average life span of mice. It does this by stimulating the formation of new mitochondria, which is a structure in cells involved in energy production.

Indirectly, there are other ways that BCAA supplementation can prolong life. Individuals with chronic liver disease experience may improve insulin resistance with BCAA supplementation (International Journal of Molecular Medicine, July 2008) and cancer patients can enjoy a better quality of life as the BCAA leucine, in combination with a high protein diet and fish oil supplementation, has been shown to reduce the muscle tissue loss associated with cancer (British Journal of Cancer, March 2009). As that logical alien with pointy ears would say, “Use BCAAs to live long and have prosperous workouts!”

Research has shown that so far for bodybuilding benefits, BCAA's are pretty much useless unless used in a very specific fashion.
Training early on an empty stomach (only BCAA's ingested) during an IF regime might have some potentially strong body-recomposition effects.

Bottom line is for what they cost they don't do jack. I fail to see how supplementing bcaa is any more beneficial than ingesting it in whole food. Supplement company funded studies done on rats are not going to make me a believer.
