Jay runs his own enterprises... can't estimate the profits though... I'm sure he wouldn't have invested in his name so much if it produced nothing!?
Plus he probably has rented out commercial real estate in Vegas. Stable income.

Jay once said he has created nice lifestyle and has enough "to stay that way when it's all over".
He is a businessman, not dumb kid. I'm sure he has secured his life after the retirement.
