Zone progression training my friends. You hardcore meatheads can still keep your weight training routines intact, just add a couple cardio/zone progression days. I just finished with a 30 min. workout, and I feel like I am going to die.
It's all about exhausting different regions of your body in intervals with no rest inbetween. Shoulder presses turn into squats, which turn into curls. Dips, rows, pullups, curls, then let your upperbody relax while you do lunges, mountain climbers, squats etc... try to do that for 30 min. straight, only allowing enough time to drink some water. Sure as hell beats regular cardio!
