  Zone progression training my friends.  You hardcore meatheads can still keep your weight training routines intact, just add a couple cardio/zone progression days.  I just finished with a 30 min. workout, and I feel like I am going to die.

  It's all about exhausting different regions of your body in intervals with no rest inbetween.  Shoulder presses turn into squats, which turn into curls.  Dips, rows, pullups, curls, then let your upperbody relax while you do lunges, mountain climbers, squats etc... try to do that for 30 min. straight, only allowing enough time to drink some water.  Sure as hell beats regular cardio! 8)

Where did I learn this secret?  Being in the Delta Squad Reserve  8)

Sounds gayer then being in the army.

Bodybuilders know what works for their goals for decades now. And they keep injecting better stuff

Look at any bb-ing contest and tell me who is more muscular: any twink NPC amateur or the best army guy


I agree that guys injecting multiple steroids can grow by eating a pizza.  The point is, that they are not in shape.  Also Zone progression training can work for anyone.  You are wasting your time when you are watching sports center going 2 mph on your treadmill.
