Lot of guys here train there, funny i've been training for 30 + years and every gym I've ever been to...80% of the people look like absolute nothing, 15% are in  good shape, and 5% look great

All I know is that between drugs and hollywood magic these guys look fantastic. I remember when 300 came out and everyone wanted to know their workout routines. Every one of those guy looked like absoulute crap after that movie. Same with that James Bond guy. Looked great while on the juice and after returned to his muscleless self.
