Yates was the first Mr Olympia that...to me...looked like something other than human. The guys that came before him...you could look at them and think it was possible to look like them with an insane amount of training and some chemical help. Yates comes along and it's clear that you're over here...he's waaaaaay over there and you can't get there from here.
IMO dorians legs are what guys should be shooting for. he didnt have a huge quad sweep and i think it looks better. His hamstrings and calves are unbelievable. But most top guys have legs that look stupid. Branch warren for example, not a single person would ever want that kind of a sweep. its too much
Branch Warren has bad quads? hahaYeah Paul Demayo had rubbish quads too, and Tom PLatz, all too big for a normal person, so by default bad.
Well Haney outmassed Dorian in 1991 and he didn't push it up till 93, So....And it's all chemical help and zero training any which way.Branch Warren just has bad quads, the same as Dorian, Quad sweep is very important to a physique, very important.

He outweighed Dorian by 10 lbs not really outmassing him , and he didn't decide to compete heavier until 93 doesn't have much to do with ' pushing it up ' it has to do more with dieting , recall the 1991 Mr Olympia was only his 3 pro show ever he was very much a rookie. It doesn't have anything to do with drugs.
I mean this statement is just utterly ridiculous either you're trolling or you're serious , either way seriously quad sweep is very important to a physique? according to whom? you can say a lot about Branch but to say he just has bad quads is really dumb . I mean really dumb
Well the point is that Haney's build was no more easily attainable than Dorian's.It has everything to do with drugs or are you of the opinion that a natural Dorian would be an unrealistic goal.He has bad aesthetics full stop and his quads fall within that statement. I'm not talking about his leg mass or his look in regards to contests.
