bench 375 for sets of 10

dumbbell curls 85lbs for 16 reps alternating arms

600 leg press

225 easy curl barbell curls

125x2 dumbbell shrugs 16 reps

pull down machine 200lb   full rack cant add weight at this gym

450 dead lifts   for sets of 8  

squats 405 for 8

dead lifts with straps 470 for 6

im sure i could do more for 1 rep max but ive never seen a point in that

Really? This is suppose to be some type of feat? If you can grip it, you can shrug it.


Your bench and curl not believable. Many come here making claims, very few ever back it up.

The others lift are nothing special.

Well I'm not here to impress anyone bro.  I was just stating the facts. As for the shrugs my gym only goes up to 125lb dumbbells   Can't help that

Hopefully, you're not pulling our leg bro.  ::) Many of us hear so many claims, that some have to be taken with a big grain of salt.

Better yet, being a fellow Torontian, you can prove all those lifts anytime.  ;D Make a believer out of us.

its all relative.

depend on rom, locking out or not etcetc.

i used to squat with 4-5plates a side, now squat with 2 plates and have beter legs than back then and the current squats feel more stressful on the muscle, the old form was stresful only on joints,lower back and stomach,it didnt work the muscle properly.

but overall, you certainly are no weakling :D

QFT.  Anyone can claim big numbers until you see they are limiting the range of motion to get those numbers. Very good numbers if they are legit.
