Rate my lifts

bench 375 for sets of 10

dumbbell curls 85lbs for 16 reps alternating arms

600 leg press

225 easy curl barbell curls

125x2 dumbbell shrugs 16 reps

pull down machine 200lb   full rack cant add weight at this gym

450 dead lifts   for sets of 8  

squats 405 for 8

dead lifts with straps 470 for 6

im sure i could do more for 1 rep max but ive never seen a point in that

Your leg press especially sucks, your squats are not great for a roider and your deadlift is abysmal also for a roider.  Whats wrong with you?

My mistake if that is the case.  I really haven`t spent anytime getting acquainted with who you were.  Decent lifts for a Natural with the leg press still being shit.
