DAA + mild AI like Erase (it can be as strong as pharma AI -- i use it year round on cycle/hrt even).
DAA works like clomid its frickin great.
Other than that. Recompadrol + NA-R-ALA half hour before meals.
Ursolic acid (get it raw powder -- forget ursobolic too many pills too expensive). Mix in your shakes its not really water soluble its clunky sooo badly.. so mix it good and keep adding water to consume it all.
There's nothing better out there.
I use ursolic acid and recompadrol and ALA even while on HRT and cycles because they work.
Supplement with L-Leucine on top of meals etc... it will help with protein synthesis too. Creatine if you're not already using it. Use it year round. No such thing as cycling it.
Really good post, I like DAA, erase is strong, It hurts me joints.
I love leucine for MTOR activation and protein synthesis.
I would suggest agmatine, beta-alanine (really great stuff) and creatine of course.
Something like agmatine/leucine/creatine/BA pre workout/during workout.
DAA and erase along with it.
