Not expecting to gain slabs of muscle, just looking for a little libido boost and maybe a slight reduction in body fat..... tribulus/DAA something like that...I guess some will think it's a good idea, others may say waste of time...be interested to hear what some of you think anyway!

Tribulus doesn't do shit. /thread

DAA + mild AI like Erase (it can be as strong as pharma AI -- i use it year round on cycle/hrt even).

DAA works like clomid its frickin great.

Other than that. Recompadrol + NA-R-ALA half hour before meals.

Ursolic acid (get it raw powder -- forget ursobolic too many pills too expensive). Mix in your shakes its not really water soluble its clunky sooo badly.. so mix it good and keep adding water to consume it all.

There's nothing better out there.

I use ursolic acid and recompadrol and ALA even while on HRT and cycles because they work.

Supplement with L-Leucine on top of meals etc... it will help with protein synthesis too. Creatine if you're not already using it. Use it year round. No such thing as cycling it.

What does Ursolic acid do exactly?

Ursolic acid is found in apple skin and some other places... it basically is a natural anabolic when dosed high and it also has a fat loss/recomp effect similarly to clenbuterol without the jitters. I forget the exact science but I also remember it turns white fat cells to brown fat cells which is good.

It def helps with losing fat/recomping... hence why I mentioned it. But its gotta be dosed really really high. It also has a mild anti-estrogen effect and slight dieuretic effect and you'll gain some vascularity from it.

I like it so I use it but I get raw bulk powder... ursobolic by patrick arnold was the first to come out with it on the market but the pills are toooo many and the bottles too expensive.

smart powders, but i wish i could eliminate the middle man as much as possible and just get it straight from the source. Im all ears, anyone that knows post here or pm me. I like to buy everything in raw powder bulk.

yea bro what i listed ull love it... theres nothing else worth spending money on besides bulk no-name creatine, l-leucine, bcaa, whey protein.

As far as supplements these are the only ones worth a damn... everything else is gimmicky hit or miss crap that costs too much and does too little in contrast...

ursolic acid must be dosed really high to see its effects.. thats its downfall but if dosed high it can contribute to fat loss/muscle gain/recomp nicely!

I get 100g raw powder then morning full teaspoon, pre/intra workout two teaspoon and sometimes during day or before sleep one teaspoon too.

Btw, it is NON water soluble soooooooo clunky... BUT if u mix whey and AAKG with it (like before adding water mix the powders together) then add water and mix it all for a minute it sticks together. Oh and besides having a recomp effect, clen like fat loss (in super high doses) it also apprently raised igf1 specifically in muscles. What's not to like? Just ... need to run it ridiculously high... when ursobolic came i was running like 30 pills a day lol... lets just say bottles didnt last long... but it worked with a good diet... helped me drop blood pressure too its a mild ai and dieuretic too...

so meh.. its affordable in raw bulk 100g... so whats not to like Tongue

Really good post, I like DAA, erase is strong, It hurts me joints.

I love leucine for MTOR activation and protein synthesis.

I would suggest agmatine, beta-alanine (really great stuff) and creatine of course.

Something like agmatine/leucine/creatine/BA pre workout/during workout.

DAA and erase  along with it.

OOH I also forgot to mention carnitine-l-tartate. Studies show it increases androgen receptors in muscles. I use this too
