Just watched your other video of you benching 4 plates for a single,which shows again that to get around the 25-27 clean reps with 2 plates equates to a 4 plate bench.Very strong benching Travis.

Yes there is an epidemic of "lifters" these days who have their platonic training partner row 225 off their chest for eight reps and are like "yeah my 1RM is about 495."

...because people think generating power through the feet is considered cheating. I personally think it's beneficial as you can handle more weight, in addition to having better control over your movement.

Each to his own i guess.

I put my feet up to make it a little harder, take out the leg drive effect .... It makes it harder to "cheat" with the feet elevated
