If we are talking macros and the difference between 1 teaspoon of PB or 2 teaspoons and the difference it has on your body then we'll have to know what peanut butter you are using because the sugar content is different among brands. What kind of beans did you have? How ripe was the banana? Was it just out of the green stage or was it approaching over ripe? Large or medium banana? What were all the ingredients in the muffin? Total carbs? protien? sugars? and cereal? Count Chocula? Quisp? Bran Flakes? Fruity Pebbles? Precise is precise.. I'm not seeing precise here
