We have to learn to derive the necessary data to make conclusions from one-day diet experiments now. Such are the times, becuase there are to much foods and combination around these days to run longer more exhausting experiments which most normal people don't even understand or can make an useful assessment from anyway.


We are lucky to be this brilliant.

Completely off base. Exact polar opposite. Dieting is about intermittent starving. When you eat, you can eat anything you want.

If I fat for a day and only eat within a few hour time span it shreds me down like nothing else. If I eat CLEAN in that window, the results are even greater. No need to precisely do this and that. Just a waste of time. Make some good food and enjoy it.

im technically starving by doing hard fucking manual labor putting in lenloliumfloors all from the energy of a apple and a teaspoon ofpeanutbutter

but for some miracle that teaspoon keeps hunger away for like 4 hours atleast!!! its insane

Try green salads (no those supermarket dressings) & fish  ;) 3x daily.

If we are talking macros and the difference between 1 teaspoon of PB or 2 teaspoons and the difference it has on your body then we'll have to know what peanut butter you are using because the sugar content is different among brands. What kind of beans did you have? How ripe was the banana? Was it just out of the green stage or was it approaching over ripe? Large or medium banana? What were all the ingredients in the muffin? Total carbs? protien? sugars?  and cereal? Count Chocula? Quisp? Bran Flakes? Fruity Pebbles? Precise is precise.. I'm not seeing precise here

sometimes its peter pan all natural PB or its smuckers all natural PB

i just feel like more than a teaspoon at a time is just too much and is not needed im under 280 now and im shocked how well its working

i had black beans with one small slice of tomato with chilipowder, cumin, texaspete hot sauce, paprika

i eat the banana ripe just out of green stage but not over ripe

the muffin the way i eat it has around 9 grams of fat and 30 carbs since i eat half

and ill have one low fat poptart out of the pack. that is the capacity of "bad" foods i allow in

what fish, no cans or farmed fish
euro-white peasants diet was healthy
asian peasants at old age always look younger than others (90 %veg. diet)

what you and i consider healthy are two different things bro

healthy to me would be getting a shitload of work done everyday while being completley shredded , never a day off , ...i get the work done just not shredded yet

Under 280 keep the ball rolling down the hill. Seems falcon has lost around 50lbs now. We have to prop him.

It's common for people who are 280 to believe they would be shredded at 240.. Until they are 240
