no man even me or anyone can write you a perfected diet

there are certain tiers of diets let me make that clear

alot of diets work better than others yet they all work to various degrees. this is common knowledge i hope

but im finding even like a tea spoon of peanutbutter after an apple during the day modifies the body in a different way then rather haveing two table spoons of peanutbutter after an apple OR just having an apple and a banana this list can go on and on

all three are going to have different results. can you guess wich is best on face?

no you cannot unless you try

i found yesterday the apple with a teaspoon of peanutbutter seemed superior for both fat loss , energy and hunger satisfaction

then at night my girl brought home a big ass blue berry muffin i knew it was loaded with fat and at first didnt want to eat it. i was planning on eating beans and a tangerine or strawberries.

but i was like fuck it, so i cut the blueberry muffin in half, it was big. and ate half of it. and just kinda relaxed after about 30 minites i had this surge of energy and began lifting weights then drank a SHITLOAD of water. then relaxed my body got super cold because i was SUPER thirsty from eating that muffin. i actually napped like 2 times that night wich is out of the ordinarry and had a nice long rest and woke up leaner

now that half of a muffin at that point in time seemed to produce better results then if i were to have a protien shake and eat beans and have strawberries

not sure if i hit those ratios

but thats a perfect base diet to make modifications from there

after a while on that diet you just want an insane amount of carbs and are never satisified
THIS is the point when you modify the diet and throw in a half blueberry muffin at night and see what kinda energy you get from it

weren`t you just eating pop tarts the other night?

 they were low fat and easily fit into the 80-10-10 diet

this weekend i pigged out on the 80-10-10 , i still kept my ratios but just ate a shitload

i knew monday had to be something different because i knew my body wasnt digesting right with all that farting and shitting

i think yesterday was more 70c-(20-25f)-10p

i think the taste or satisfaction factor and hormonal benefit is indistinguishable when doing just a teaspoon compared to a tablespoon

a teaspoon will give you 100 percent effect you are looking for
a tablespoon would give you 100 percent but also like 50 percent wasted effect, meaning youre better off spacing it out through the day and only take when you feel like 'you need somethin'

i got down to 290 by eating a SHITLOAD of peanutbutter and nuts unlimited. hardly much fruits and tons of veggies

i was then stuck around there and 285 then shifted to the 80-10-10

that got me to about 282

then i had a huge high carb day still low fat and was still 282

then next day did the fruit with one teaspoon of peanutbutter whenever i was hungry wich happend to be very little. so i had high energy and no reall need to eat alot because the peanutbutter in small amounts did the trick....then i hadthe half muffin at night then weighed 278 this morning i was so happy how this happend

4 strawberries

one apple with teaspoon of peanutbutter

one scoop of soy protien with fructose in it for carbs

one banana

about 400 calories worth of beans

1.5 potatoes baked small slices

thats all ive eatin thus far ill have the other half of muffin tonite

Looks like that you eat too much of process food.

peanutbutter is still peanuts

the "small bowl of cereal" is great grains mixed with grape nut cereal, thats some whole wheat and some pecans and some dates maybe

the soy protien has vitamins i only have one scoop if that even

Falcon is down about 45 lbs so must be doing something right. I worked on 7 computers today down on carbs I might try a muffin.

heres the trick eat half of it or the whole thing

then just relax, might even take a nap. or exercise , bodyweight squats , or floor bridging for abs or just some curls...then drink a shitload of water during exercise too youll be thirsty as fuck.

dont eat anything post workout u might even take another nap like i did after while.....youll sleep like a baby

I'll try that, so after that I might take a flashlight out and check for hoes walking around the block if none are found I'll come back and try some decline presses with dumbells they really hit the lower chest and bring them up believe or not. Dorian did them alot.

If we are talking macros and the difference between 1 teaspoon of PB or 2 teaspoons and the difference it has on your body then we'll have to know what peanut butter you are using because the sugar content is different among brands. What kind of beans did you have? How ripe was the banana? Was it just out of the green stage or was it approaching over ripe? Large or medium banana? What were all the ingredients in the muffin? Total carbs? protien? sugars?  and cereal? Count Chocula? Quisp? Bran Flakes? Fruity Pebbles? Precise is precise.. I'm not seeing precise here

Completely off base. Exact polar opposite. Dieting is about intermittent starving. When you eat, you can eat anything you want.

If I fat for a day and only eat within a few hour time span it shreds me down like nothing else. If I eat CLEAN in that window, the results are even greater. No need to precisely do this and that. Just a waste of time. Make some good food and enjoy it.
