i think the taste or satisfaction factor and hormonal benefit is indistinguishable when doing just a teaspoon compared to a tablespoon
a teaspoon will give you 100 percent effect you are looking for
a tablespoon would give you 100 percent but also like 50 percent wasted effect, meaning youre better off spacing it out through the day and only take when you feel like 'you need somethin'
i got down to 290 by eating a SHITLOAD of peanutbutter and nuts unlimited. hardly much fruits and tons of veggies
i was then stuck around there and 285 then shifted to the 80-10-10
that got me to about 282
then i had a huge high carb day still low fat and was still 282
then next day did the fruit with one teaspoon of peanutbutter whenever i was hungry wich happend to be very little. so i had high energy and no reall need to eat alot because the peanutbutter in small amounts did the trick....then i hadthe half muffin at night then weighed 278 this morning i was so happy how this happend
