intra workout

i'v seen a lot of friends who increased the mass in their lugging parts by using an intra workout shaks ( like john meadw's method) well what's your opinions about that ? is it for natty ? and for AAS bodybuilders is it neccasary to inject slin before the workout to store more nutrients in the muscles ? ( in addition with the hgh and aas)

Don't need intro workout to bring lagging body parts up. You can look at my thread called best steroid for building leg mass and there's a bunch of responses about how to bring your lagging body part up because my legs lag behind the rest of my body. What I reccomend is to train it 2x a week instead of 1x a week and go a little heavier. For me, high reps and lower weigbt works good for my legs, arms, abs, calves, and shoulders while on the other hand Heavy weight and lower reps works good for building mass for my chest and back. You just gotta figure out what you feel works best for you. Try to do heavier weight and lower the reps for about 2 weeks and see if you notice a difference vis a versa if you're doing heavy weigbt low reps try high reps for 2 weeks to a month to see if that helps you

It's in the steroid info and hardcore section you just posted this thread in its on the first page just look for it. Also if your body is on AAS they are very forgiving drugs and getting nutrients in the muscle during workout to me is just not worth the hassle, you can go hours without a post workout meal if you're on gear and it won't hurt you nearly as much as if you're natural. So to me, it's not necessary

I have BCAA and maltodetrin during workouts. I feel it helps recovery. Obviously the best is to use those intra shake with a slin protocol.

There is no need for supplements if you are on PEDS. You don't even need to eat 30 minutes post workout like natural guys do9some gurus say if you don't get protein 30 minutes after your workout it is worthless and you blew your workout totally diffrent if your endhanced and using PEDS. . Of course having some BCAAs intra workout or post won't hurt but it's on you if you want to spend the money it will not do much but can't hurt! I don;t mind drinking some BCAA's durin my workout you might get a better pump. I usually drink half during and the rest after but if i don;t have any BCAA powder it dosn;t really matter much. I actually believ in just eating food I hate using supplements there is too much shit in them and can bloat you a little or might have a little too much sugar . I actually dropped doing that intra workout drink and I am way leaner and look way better. plus my digestion is better. just eat food. even if your training bring something to eat with you. maybe eat some pure lean Turkey only ground up. fuck supplements unless you get them for free.'

I got some Optimum Nutrition BCAA powder for free so I did use it and it didn't taste bad it just maybe had a little too much sugar and vitamins I am already getting from food. No reason for supplements when your on gear like I said unless they are free. Even sposored athletes who are gaspari ,MHP, BSN,muscle meds, those guys don't use much of there product they represent they might use a little bit of it since it's free but they are all enhanced and mainly just stick to eating whole foods.

I use a maltodextrin/bcaa drink intra. Mostly I do it because it helps with energy at the tail end.

a friend that i know, took 10ui slin before workout and drink 10gr bcaa+100gr dextrin or dextrose intra workout, he made a huge results and thicker muscles and he's still pretty lean

well using Insulin is a whole diffrent ballgame your friend or anybody might need to get some sugar and nutrients in them if their timing Insulin usage right. I would say def if you throw insulin in your stack your going to get some crazy pumps and sure a intra workout shake might even make you get a better pump but whole foods are a better choice but be careful with Insulin you might need to eat something or drink something if your using Insulin. Out of everything I have seen work and the pumps I have seen guys get they were all on Insulin and HGH.

That's a bad route unless your dedicating your life on bodybuilding Insulin is nothing you really want to fuck with unless your really going to go all out for a pro card.

my friend do only 2 days of high slin ( 8ui 3 times , 24ui per day and sometimes a little bit more, 8ui in the morning, 8ui in the afternoon, 8ui before wrkout with an intra workout shake,  3ui hgh pharma grade in the morning and 3ui after workout)

maybe he does that on his heavy lifting days. That's a very potent stack anybody using USA grade HGH and USA grade insulin wich you can buy at wal-mart pharmacy is going to get some crazy pumps especially if they are seasoned lifters. damn your making me want to start that stack myself. USA HGH prices are out of hand right now! It would cost 1,000$ a month to use USA HGH at just 6IU a day maybe more. 6 IU a day is 180IU's a month and going rate is 8-10$ a IU. Guys are not selling real serostim for less then 800$ a kit if your lucky. sometimes I can luck out an get one for cheap but one months worth won't do much,I rather pay bills with that 1,000$ I know I'm not going Pro in this lifetime.

so you are lucky  :P here in my country the pfizer pharma grade hgh cost 1000$ for every 100-120ui :(

that's about the same brother! Like I said above the going rate per IU is 8-10$ a IU. We get that same Pfizer genotropin 36 Iu kits for the same amount! HGH is crazy expensive! I wouldn;t pay for it unless I was sponsored and they paid for all my shit but that's not happening. I would have to use a shit ton before I could even get in the condition to get a sponsor. Their are some crazy motherfuckers coming up these days. I'm just too old to peak like I used to. Insulin is dirt cheap but that's about it. hell a real bottle of watson anavar is just as much as a HGH USA serotim kit. Walgreens wants about 1,000$ for 100 tabs 10mg of oxandrolone(anavar). My insurance will pay 80% of it but no doctor prescribes anavar. they told me they would have to special order it as well.
I heard of some HIV patients getting Anavar and HGH but nobody healthy gets USA prescription var unless you know some drugstore cowboys.

 1000mg test enathate
750mg equipoise
150mg trenbolone acetate
4ui hgh
t4 ( dont know how much)
and before every workout 10ui slin with 80-100gr carbs intra workout ( plus bcaa etc)


this year he's doing
1000mg testo enathate
500 equipose
300mg trenbolone acetate
4ui hgh
t4
and only two days of high slin ( in the weak body parts, chest and legs , he do 10ui in the morning, 10ui in the afternoon , 10ui before workout)

dont know which is better o.O
